Lactose intolerance
Sheep and goats' milk products can offer a real alternative to cow dairy products and be useful to those with cow dairy allergies and intolerances. Live cultures in all our yoghurts may help restore the natural intestinal balance. The naturally homogenised smaller fat globules in both sheep and goats' milk make them more easily digestible than cow milk and because of this many people who cannot digest cow dairy products find they can enjoy products made with sheep or goats' milk.

Yoghurt contains a similar amount of lactose to milk, but it still seems to be easier to digest for people with lactose intolerance. People with lactose intolerance can usually enjoy sheep and goats' milk yoghurt. Lactic Acid in our yoghurts gives them a clean fresh taste and enables many with lactose intolerance to benefit from them.
